Machine description:
1. Pre and main pressing. Tablets are formed twice; Pre pressue, main pressure and dosing can be adjusted easily;
2. Punches and dies are made by advanced CNCs. Punches are made of 6CrW2Si alloy tool steel. Dies are made of Cr12MoV alloy tool steel; Charactor, icon, cartoon and other irregular tablets can be made by these punches and dies;
3. Punch pressure can monitored and displayed on touch screen;
4. Production data can be printed out by printer on the machine (optional);
