Working principle:
This machine consists of bottle feeding tray, star wheel, bottle feeding rack, peristaltic pump filling system, flame nozzle, sealing plier, bottle outlet track and electric control system.It depends on the upper and lower bottle feeding rack to position ampoules.
Tray and star wheel are used to feed ampoule, rack to position ampoules, high temperature flame to melt the glass to seal the ampoules.
Characteristic:
Single chip system controlled peristaltic pump filling, dosage precision is high,can adjust the dosage without stopping the machine.
Filling device has anti-dripping function,no"black head" after sealing.
