Automatic Capsule Filling Machine's main function is filling the medical powder into hard capsules, with different modules, it can fill #00, #0, #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, A to E type safety capsule, the speed is adjustable base on customer's requirement. It uses intermittent movement and multi bores dosing type, can finish the process like hard capsule's turning around, capsule separating, filling, ejecting, capsule closing, finished products discharging, and module cleaning automatically.
The working chamber is isolated with environment, without pollution, easy to clean and disassemble.
The parts contact with powder and capsules use stainless steel material, with smooth surface, easy to clean and disinfect, and the products will not adsorption or have chemical reaction with parts, meet GMP's standard.
The lubricant equipment used will not contact with products, the newest whole sealing design, keep the products from oil pollution.

1. All the cam use the most advanced curvilinear path in the world, all CNC manufacturing, with high precision and running smooth.
2. Dosing cam, alignment device cam, capsule locking cam, finished products discharging cam, all use inner cam design, which increase the stability. At the same time, the dosing cam use double-face inner cam, which make the running more smoothly, and have a good effect on increasing the dosing precision.
3. The high precision dividing box, with special designed for big capacity capsule filling machine, import manufacturing, and RU 140 and RU 110 center distance, can guarantee the machine's stability and service life.

If we assume the rotary table's load force moment is W, and the small shaft driving force is F.
Then, Dr. Pharm's small shaft driving force F1= W/78 = 0.012 W,
And other companies' small shaft driving force F2= W/58 = 0.017 W;
According to the above picture, with the annotated arm of force: 78*F1 = 58*F2, F1= 0.74 F2;
As we have calculated, with the same moment of force, the driving force of Dr. Pharm's dividing box's small shaft is three quarters of other company's dividing box's small shaft.
