High-efficient Coating Machine (KGB-150)
1. New Type of Principal Machine
Frequency control device is used in air inlet and air outlet of the main machine. Air supply volume and airflow speed can be automatically controlled after connecting micro-pressure transmitter and micro-computer PLC. It can improve the stability of temperature and air supply during coating. Coating time will be shorted, while coating quality will be guaranteed.
Side door adopt double-deck open hinged door structure: The overall side door is a double-decker. The gate seat adopts variable hinge. It has high mechanical strength and thermal barrier effect and sound-proof effect. Its sealing performance is reliable and it's easily to maintain. The variable hinge can ensure the sealing quality and prolong the service life.
The sealing material is made of high quality double elastic silicon rubber.
The width of both ends of the upper box is increased, which overcome the disadvantage that color plate is difficult to install and bring the advantage that easily operation about the door in two sides.
The rinse in the main engine is collocated with scavenging pump. The water supply pipe pass scavenging pump to enter into washing dish. The rinsing process is controlled by touch screen. It has rational design and advanced function. It is easily to handle and wash thoroughly.
2. Deflector type stirring blender
The blender is the main function of coating machine, which plays a critical role to the quality of coating process. The blender is designed on the shape and curve. It overcomes the disadvantage of traditional blender during coating process, including tablets squeezing, tablets loss, tablets crushing, uneven coating and low density etc.
3. Unique micro software design
The whole control system has advanced design. The programming is reasonable and adopts PLC programming software and touch operation screen. It has three independent operation functions, which including manual manipulation and film automatic and coating automatic. It meets the requirement of all coating process. The data is accurate and easy to operate.
4. Purification air supply
The cabinet adopts first, middle and high three level air filter and low noise fan. The heat exchanger can use steam heating or electric heating or steam, electric dual structure (plus accessories price) , which can be selected by buyers.
In the hot air cabinet install both steam heater and electric heater, which realize the switching use of steam and electric. It solve the problem that it can still smoothly coating when the steam is not enough.

5. Exhaust cabinet
The exhaust cabinet adopts cartridge filter, compressed air back pulse dust removal.
Back pulse type filter cartridge dust collector adopts sub-micron filtering. It creates a clean space and has high dusting efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance. It is suitable for all kinds of independent or more producing dust removal.

6. Spray gun
Cause no blockage, no leakage, easy to clean, with good atomization effect.
7. Touch screen operator
Control system composed of PLC and HMI realizes human-computer interface, touch screen operation and dynamic display. Manual/automatic control, many sets of process data storage and advanced software programming conform to GMP and FDA requirements.
8. Control cabinet
The control cabinet integrates gas and electric components as a whole. The touch screen is installed on the upper ends. The air source and pc software are installed on the lower ends. It has such features as reasonable design, advanced function, easy operation and attractive appearance.
Air source automatic control treatment system can automatically purify the air source required by spray system, with the function of shunting and regulating. It has the functions of cutting power and air so as to ensure normal operation of spray system.
