1 Operating condition of high speed tablet press
1.1 Working Condition
Meet GMP standard's requirement.
1.2 Suitable Material
for Synthetic Drug Starch: Granules are well-distributed, no humid;
for Chinese Medicine Granules: Pure extract unguent, semi-extract unguent, and fresh granules powder cannot be humid, have certain fluidity;
for Dry Powder: Powder, which is suitable for press into tablets directly, have certain fluidity and compressibility.
1.3 Available Pattern:
Our tablet press can manufacture ordinary circular tablet, large tablet, irregular tablet, single-double face lettering tablets, cartoon tablets, etc.
1.4 Electrical Source Requirement:
380V/220V, 50HZ, three-phase five-wires, line N and line PE cannot interference each other.

3 Main structure
3.1 Structure composition
The frame of the tablet press is a four-column structure. The four columns, the base plate and the top plate form a rigid body. The forces generated when the machine is under load cancel each other out, the center of gravity of the machine is low, and the operation is stable.
3.2 Working principle of high speed tablet press
GZPS Series full-automatic high-speed double discharging Tablet Press is driven by the main motor, after being reduced by worm wheel, driving the main axis to rotate. Main axis is connected with punch table, and there are upper, middle and lower punches on the punch table. The punch plate drives the punches to rotate curvely along the upper and lower guide rails to achieve filling, measuring, pre-pressing, main pressing and tablet discharging processes. 3.3 Main transmission system
The main transmission system provides power for the working of the tablet press.The main transmission system not only provides sufficient torque but also speed adjustable, which is stable and reliable even in case of large impact load.
The main drive system mainly includes high-power ac motor, frequency converter, synchronous belt wheel, synchronous belt, tensioning wheel, hand wheel, worm gear reducer, spindle and other components.
The main motor drives the worm gear box through the synchronous belt, and the worm gear drives the spindle, which drives the turret rotation, making the turret combination rotate around the central axis.
The main motor realizes stepless speed regulation over 10 times through frequency converter.
The variable frequency governor itself has intelligent control, giving full play to the functions of the frequency converter, and realizing the stable start, stop, overload protection, fault alarm, fault shutdown, speed and current display of the turret.
Adopt synchronous belt, reduce equipment noise.The belt tensioning mechanism can reduce the slip rate of the belt.
3.4 Pressure support
- The hydraulic system is cancelled, and the maintenance of main pressure and pre-pressure is realized by high-strength support system, which completely avoids oil leakage and reduces the pollution of medicines;
- No need to repair and replace the pressure parts of the punch, and there will be no cross-contamination caused by hydraulic oil leakage and waste of hydraulic oil replacement;
- Stable pressure;
- The lower press roller adopts the motor to drive the worm gear pair for adjustment, and the accuracy can reach 0.01mm; directly set the position from the touch screen, or call the set position parameters, which is convenient for adjustment and reduces the loss of materials during the adjustment process.
The structure of the pre-pressure roller and the main pressure rollerl are exactly the same, and both can reach 100KN, and the main pressure can be displayed directly. Pre-pressure is displayed as an option.
For the varieties that are difficult to press, it can be directly formed with a large pre-pressure, and the main press roller ensures that the tablets do not rebound.
The upper and lower press rollers are easy to clean and disassemble, which greatly reduces the difficulty of cleaning and maintenance.
The diameter of the pre-press roller and the main press roller are the same, both are φ250mm, and the functions:
(1) When pressing oval or concave tablets, the larger pre-pressure ensures the good exhaust of the tablets before final molding, which greatly reduces the chance of tablet breakage, and the larger pre-pressure is used for products that are easily damaged.
(2) If the main pressure roller is accidentally damaged, the main pre-pressure roller can be used interchangeably until the accessories are received, without stopping production.

3.5 Turret
The die table is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, and after special treatment, the surface hardness can reach above HRC55, and it has good hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The upper and lower punch plates are made of QT600-3, which has good wear resistance and lubricity.
The end face runout of die table ≤0.03mm
The lower punch damping adopts permanent magnetic damping, the lower punch does not contact with the damping pin, which can prolong the service life of the punch, and can ensure the consistency of the lower punch damping, and avoid the beating and Free fall, reducing the noise during operation.
