Main machine
the host: plc human-machine interface, high efficiency, energy saving, dust-free, no cross-contamination, easy to operate, easy to clean, low noise, high efficiency. the coated drugs: the coating layer is dry, uniform, solid, compact, smooth, and flat. the control system composed of plc and HMI is designed reasonably and the programming is flexible, which can adapt to various different pharmaceutical industrial needs and meet GMP requirements.
the tablets are turned over by the flow line guide plate, exchanging frequently, eliminating the phenomenon of tablets falling from a high place and colliding, and eliminating chipped edges and bumped edges to improve the yield.
 

Filter hot air machine
The air is inhaled by the centrifugal fan, reaches 100,000 level purification through the primary, middle and high tertiary filtration, and then through the heat exchanger (steam or electric heating), blown into the main engine drum, and the initial air filter device is added at the wind collecting port.

Dust removal exhaust machine
It is used to extract air from the host roller (with suction) and maintain a negative pressure in the work area. The exhaust outlet is equipped with a backflow prevention device, which closes the exhaust outlet before the machine is shut down to prevent the waste gas in the exhaust pipe from flowing back.

Constant Temperature Mixing Tank
Constant temperature mixing bucket adopts electric heating, with pneumatic agitator, compressed air as the power, stable speed, stepless speed regulation, stirring the medium evenly, at room temperature ~80ºC can be automatically controlled, easy to operate, safe and reliable, the whole is made of stainless steel, both inside and outside mirror polishing.

Basic working principle:

The tablets make complicated and constant track movement with easy and smooth turn frequent exchanging in a clean and closed drum of the film coating machine. The coating mixed round in the mixing drum are sprayed on tablets through the spray gun at the inlet unaction of the peristaltic pump. Meanwhile under the action of air exhaust and negative pressure 100,000 clean hot air supplied by the air exhaust cabinet is exhausted from the fan at the sieve meshes through tablets. So these coating mediums on the surface of tablets get dry forming a coat of firm, fine and smooth film. The whole process is finished under the control of PLC.
