Product Description

     The ztbz-700 full-automatic bead ball production line is a special equipment for the production of blasting balls and smoke beads. Its process principle is to quantify the liquid in the rubber mold and form a concentric combined flow column at the drip opening to uniformly cut it by swinging the driving liquid , Separation, spherical pellets (molding) are formed naturally under the surface tension of the liquid, and the pellets are cooled and separated and solidified (shaped) in the circulation system, and are automatically discharged out of the machine. The machine consists of a medicine supply system, a glue supply system, and a cooling system. It consists of a liquid circulation system, a refrigeration system, an electronic control system, etc., and has 3 independent heating systems. The drip irrigation glue liquid controls the temperature and insulation; the content tank controls the temperature and insulation; and the content capacity is controllable; the refrigeration system controls the temperature.
