Able to fill different capsules 00#~5# to A~E capsule, variable speed.
The working room of the equipment is separate from outside, non-pollution, easy to clean and dissemble.
The contact parts with the capsule or medicine all use stainless steel material, the surface is smooth and easy for clean and sterilize.
The lubricant does not contact with the product, brand-new full-seal design.
All the moving parts are fabricated by CNC center, with the feature of high precision, low noise.
Stepless variable speed, PLC and HMI control.
The equipment has the protection device, can stop the operator from contacting with the dangerous area of the machine.

2. Dosing cam, alignment device cam, capsule locking cam, finished products discharging cam, all use inner cam design, which increase the stability. At the same time, the dosing cam use double-face inner cam, which make the running more smoothly, and have a good effect on increasing the dosing precision.

Then, Dr. Pharm's small shaft driving force F1= W/78 = 0.012 W,
