Vacuum feeding system delivers the plastic granule to the hopper. And then the plastic granule goes to extruder where the plastic granule is extruded and heated. It is forced to go through the parison station to be a tube-type parison. The parison clamp clips the bottom of the parison to make it air-proof. Blow asepsis air to the plastic parison and it goes through the forming module. The melting and extruding temperature is from 170C ~ 220C and pressure achieves 350bar. It is proved as the asepsis extrude and ex-heating craftwork.
When the parison reaches a suitable length, the main mold is closed and the parison closes the cutter to cut the parison. The bottom of the parison is fixed by the main mold, and the sterile air is retained in the parison. The top of the parison is vacuum-sucked into the shape of the opening by the feed plate, and the mold is then quickly transferred to the blowing (suction) and filling station. The aseptic air supplied in the sterile air (Sanitary Standard Class 100) spray hood protects the blow molding and filling station.
Drop the blowing/filling head into the open-shaped parison until it is sealed with the plastic mould. The filtered clean air was then injected into the parison (50-10000 ml), 0.2-20ml parison with external vacuum, (fillable protective gas) expands the parison and closes the plastic mold cavity wall to form a bottle.
After that, sucks out the compressed air from the ampoule and fills the set-volume drug. After filled the filling pipe goes back to the original position. Pipe with contact of drug has been CIP and SIP before filling to make sure the drug is safety asepsis. It adopts time-pressure measure system, which ensures high accuracy.
At the same time, the plastic between the top of the module and fixing clamp is half melt. All air-porrf modules close, which forms the top of ampoule and keeps the ampoule air-proofed. After air-proofed the injection module is opened. The plastic ampoule is totally formed, filled, sealed and ready to be sent out.
