Design concept

The main parts contact vials, stoppers, powder are made of 316L stainless steel or import POM or other material can satisfy the requirements of sterile and cleaning.
Using auger filling, double grades for the quantitative intermittent powder. It can make the measurement of powder constant in the containers and reduce the number of agitating. At the same time, it overcome the shortcomings of viscosity increases and bridging, so it is more suitable for packing of crystals and powder.
Structural description
The frame covered by stainless steel. The sides of protective plate used SS304.
The machine installed laminar flow (LF) protecting cover on the frame. The door made of tempered glass. There are gloves on the door. The LF equipped with electronic security protection device, differential draft gauge, laminar flow wind speed display, lighting and DOP/PAO text ports.
Cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel, connecting with the equipment.
The operating height is 900mm and regulating range is ±20mm.
Vials transmission
Vials infeed to the turntable after sterilization tunnel, then come into the filling device. Turntable has the vials maximum accumulated control device.
Vials infeed to the stations by the star wheel, when it filled powders, it will go to the outfeed conveyor belt by the star wheel. The outfeed conveyor connecting the capping machine with a swing belt, convenient by the user.
Filling system
The filling system has one auger driven devices, using MITSUBISHI servo motor. It can set and adjust the dosing volume by the HMI. The parts contact with medicine are made of 316L stainless steel or other material can satisfy the sterile requirements.
Positive displacement measuring cup made up by agitation auger and the power bowl with 316L stainless steel Materials. It can adjust the speed of agitation.
The auger, measuring cup, powder infeed pipe can be removed cleaning and sterilization.
Stoppering system
The rubber stopper can automatic into stoppering station after the vibration hopper and the track.
Robot hand back and forth to seal the bottles by stoppers.
The rubber stopper hopper made of polishing treatment stainless stee, there are holes around, Can be removed, cleaning and disinfection.
Driven system
Mainframe has turbine worm reducer, intermittent motion controller, frequency-converter stepless speed controller, the range of speed regulation ia large, running stationary, no falling vials,no broken vials. Filling and after filled, it never leakage powder and drop powder.
There's a scram button under the user's right hand.
Low humidity environment filling(Option, not including in the quotation)
Due to the filling area is c - RABs system, if powder needs dry environment filling (such as relative humidity of 25%). The machine can be equipped with independent dehumidification system, only the filling area with low humidity, does not affect the humidity of the user operating environment.
Electric installation
Electrical equipment comply with current specification(MIBT 025).Design in humidity suitable condition, working voltage must be confirmed.
