Suitable Material
Granules Requirement
Granule Size Range: 14 to 60 mesh, with good compressibility and fluidity.
For Synthetic Drug Starch: Granules are well-distributed, no humid; the proportion of thin powder (more than 60 mesh) is less than 33%.
For Chinese Medicine Granules: Pure extract unguent, semi-extract unguent, and fresh granules powder cannot be humid, have certain fluidity;
Dry Powder Requirement
For Dry Powder: Powder, which is suitable for press into tablets directly, have certain fluidity and compressibility.

Our tablet press can manufacture ordinary circular tablet, large tablet, irregular tablet, special irregular tablet, single-double face lettering tablets, etc.
Electrical Source Requirement:
380V/220V, 50HZ, three-phase five-wires, line N and line PE cannot interference each other.

1. PGS51 High-Speed Tablet Press machine is the improved module of original 620 tablet press machine, with bigger diameter, it can install 51 punch units at most, double feeding and double discharging, which would increase the production greatly. The maximum production is 489600 tablet/h.
2. It uses Siemens touch screen, without hand wheels for operation, it achieves automatic production.
3. Electrical control cabinet is divided with main machine, the electric control area is separated with the product area, which would increase the security and hygienic coefficient.
4. Instead of the original hand wheel drive, the lower pressure roller's drive method use motor driving synchronizing wheel drive, which can adjust more convenient and precisely.
5. It uses the encoder to adjust the dosing cam track's position, with higher adjustment precision and faster reaction speed.
6. Instead of the traditional lower flange counting method, it use main shaft encoder, with higher precision, easy for installation.
7. The glass doors have new assemble method, the appearance is more smooth, without dead angle.
8. It use two different lubrication device. The upper punches use dry oil lubrication, reduce the thin oil's splatter during high-speed production, and guarantee the medical tablet's security production.
9. It uses ZK type worm gear, the module of worm gear is 12.5, guarantee the big loading operating more stable.
10. it uses advanced no-hand-wheel operation system, which can achieve the function of main pressure, pre pressure, filling and translation auto setting parameters and auto adjustment, reduce no-operation and operator's labor strength. The control system use digital display and controller synchronous working, which would make the tablet press production more easily. Reduce the risk of manual error.
This equipment is double discharging high-speed tablet press machine. This equipment uses double force feeding and double table discharging structure design. During the turret making a round, two process of filling, dosing, pre press, main press, and discharging would be finished. The equipment's working performance is stable, the machine running stable, and low noise.
With a set of cam track, this machine can manufacture double layer tablet.
