2.The discharge & reject system of YJ-90A adopt reject star wheel combine working with auto reject detection unit

Auto reject detection unit is with infrared sensors. Finger breaks infrared curtain, PLC memorizes position of faulty container for rejection.
 

 

shape reject channel will work with auto reject detection unit. Good product & defect product will be separately discharged in two different ways.
 

3.Machine is PLC control & touch screen interface. The touch screen has function of count of good, count of defect, count of total, error alarm & stop in case selected defect products goes into good product stream. PLC and touch screen brand are all OMRON, JAPAN.
