Mahcine features
1. For filling powder, we use special leakage proof technology and straight screw auger filling system, straight auger inside pipe extends and fills powder into bag bottom directly. This assures that there is no any raising powder dust in the sealing area, assures the bag sealing margin is very clean and airtight. Screw auger also make sure an accurate filling volume. You can adjust the volume on touch screen.
2. The filling head is flexible and movable by adjusting the handle wheel, it's very convenient for machine adjustment and daily cleaning work.
3.We use unique designed side sealing system and unique bag mould technology. It can avoid the product heated when feeding, keep the product fresh. We already get the Patent for this technology. (Patent number: ZL2016 20959150.X)
All sealing parts are with Oxide Black, which can meet with Euro standard.
