ZS-2B counting machine

       This machine is a quasi-desktop type counting device, with reasonable design, compact structure, easy to use and high counting efficiency. It can be widely used in rapid counting and bottling of tablets, capsules, pills, transparent soft capsules and other drugs of different shapes and sizes. The counting and bottling accuracy reaches the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.

 

  

The discharging parts are made of stainless steel 304(0Cr18Ni9), sealed conveying materials, less dust pollution, clean and sanitary, vibration feeding, feeding through the amplitude of the oscillation device, in line with GMP standards.
 

  

The control panel of the machine has emergency stop button, start button, motor speed control knob, vibration speed control knob and intelligent touch screen, intelligent control simple operation.
 

 

The infrared counter of the machine is composed of optical fiber sensor and sensing head made by Japan Keenshi, which has the advantages of high counting accuracy and faster speed. The machine also has the function of no bottle no filling. When the light eye does not detect the bottle, the equipment will stop automatically to avoid falling materials.
 

 

The turntable of this machine is composed of high quality tempered glass and all stainless steel. It is designed to rotate and count. The speed can be adjusted freely for convenient and quick operation.
