I. Overview
The fully automatic high-speed tablet presses, GZPD-560 series is developed on the basis of GZPS-680 tablet press of our company through broad absorption of foreign advanced concepts. The machine is mainly applied to the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics, metallurgy, daily necessities and other industries. This machine can press a variety of granular materials into round tablets, special-shaped tablet, cartoons-shaped tablet, two-color tablet, while reserving for the extension to press the ring piece and two-sided positioning lettering tablets, especially for tablets of large diameter, big pressure, and pressing with pure powder.
GZPD-560 series of automatic high speed tablet press features high precision, high level of automation, fast production speed, reliability and low noise. The device has three sets of pressure roller, each of which provides a pressure of 100KN. As the tablet molding time has been extended twice, compression is completed with no need of granulation and leads to great reduction in cost and improvement in drug quality. The machine can also help improve in working environment, reduce in labor intensity and material wastage, The GZPD-560 series that keeps in line with the GMP standard serve as ideal plants for pharmaceutical factory to undergo technological transformation or to launch new projects.
GZPD-560 series of automatic high-speed tablet presses is the first high-speed tablet press in China that can press the two-color tablet with monolithic material. With unique design of the pressure roller and control testing structures, the machine can achieve the punch plate of the fast replacement of the disk on the same machine with simple operation, thus producing tablets of different diameters and shapes.
