The JDGF-D semi-automatic machine is designed to solve the soft bag infusion filling scheme, which is compact and has a high output.

Characteristics
All parts in contact with the liquid are SUS316L, and other surfaces are made of SUS304.
(1)Suitable for all kinds of soft bag packaging;
(2)Filling range 20-9999mL, filling system time pressure control convenient filling pressure 0.2mpa-0.3mpa, filling accuracy ± 0.1%.
Automatic continuous operation mode: touch screen setting adjusts the filling amount and automatically fills;
Manual intermittent mode: suitable for adjusting the machine.
Siemens PLC and touch screen control system are easy to operate.
The equipment adopts the famous brand Siemens SMC and has stable performance and convenient maintenance, compact structure,saving space and energy.
Components and functions
Manually insert the infusion bag into the fixed bag device, and the device automatically introduces the clamping device
The contact part of the liquid medicine is SUS316L, and the connecting part is a silicone tube, which strictly meets the requirements of GMP.
Automatic feeding system: the vibrating plate drives the rubber plugs to enter the conveying track in sequence, and after reaching the receiving plate, the plug cylinder is taken to take the rubber plug.
The air gripper clamps the robot and inserts the rubber plug into the soft bag seal
The machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch and the main power supply has good safety performance.
