Main application
This machine is used for washing vial, ampoule, oral liquid bottle as well as glass container for pharmaceutical use.
Performance characteristics
This machine is vertical drum structure and adopts manipulator to clamp bottle, turn, and jetting needle for reciprocating tracking method and adopts ultrasonic washing, water for three times, air for three times alternative jetting flushing principle to wash bottle one by one. This machine has not only the common advantages as the machine both at home and abroad. We have made breakthrough in terms of production capacity, mechanical characteristics, humanization:
1. Lower the height of bottle-infeed net belt
2. Turntable Plexiglas cover is changed from manual dismantling, three separated type into integrated endurance panel cover electric-control mechanical automatic up-down.
3. The jetting needle positioning is dynamic washing and avoid the dead angle caused by washing.
4. Adopt location device driving instead of tradition cam driving mechanism.
5. Restriction orifice design to make water and gas drenching more uniform.
6. Ambulatory monitoring system conform new edition GMP requirement.
Vertical type washing machine which using integrated transmission structure
For the vertical washing machine on the market at present, washing needle frame's lift swing is composed of one set of lifting cam and one set of swing cam. And turning of clamp rotary table, mainly depends on turn of eccentric small gear driving wheel rotation. This old kind of driving, structure is not compact. Washing machine can't achieve the transmission accuracy while operating at a high speed. Washing machine is unable to achieve the transmission accuracy while operating at a high speed. According to the new requirements of GMP, it makes sure no grease composition is in water-flushing and air-flushing, but cam gear transmission needs a large number of lubricating grease, so it is quite hard to avoid bringing the lubricating grease into the clean environment by water and compress air to cause pollution.
In order to conform to the new GMP requirements and effectively increase the outputting of the washing machine, China Sun Far-east designed and manufactured a new type vertical washing machine with swing and lifting driver. Take all main driving structure integrated inside in station box with modular design. Combine of lift swing of needle frame and turn of clamp rotary table to make sure spray needles can accurately insert inside of ampoule or vial to wash inside in all when machine and clamp rotary table running under high speed capacity. Swing and lifting driver adopt sealed way. Both face and axial plane of the transmission structure are sealed to make sure lubricating grease oil will not leak out and will not pollute washing water and compress air. With a modular design, after the special treatment of driving part surface of swing and lifting driver. Maintaining care only need to replace lubricating grease oil, greatly reduce maintenance cost.
